Isadora is a minor character in the game Fire Emblem: Rekka no Ken, or just Fire Emblem if you bought it in the US. Isadora is from the city of Pherae in the country Lycia, thus the name, "Lady from Pherae." You first meet her when you begin Eliwood's story in chapter 11, but you do not use her in battle until chap. 22.
